The car park is situated at the rear of the hotel and the hotel entrance is at the front.

We have five steps leading up to the hotel entrance.

We have a lift, which is situated on the ground floor with which all first and second floor rooms can be accessed.

There are seventeen stairs down to our Restaurant with the handrail being on your right hand side.

Our garden is accessed from the rear guest lounge and there are nine steps down to the garden.

All the bedrooms are en suite with a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

We are able to cater for special diets such as diabetics and gluten free with prior notice.

We have an electric mini fridge for guest bedrooms if you require for example medication or baby food to be kept cool.

High chairs and travel cots are available.

Large print menu’s and guestroom information are available for sight-impaired guests.

With advanced notice we can make arrangements to hire a wheel chair from the Red Cross for less able-bodied people.

Shop Mobility, Piccadilly, York is open Mon to Sat 10:00 am to 4:15 pm, closed Sunday and Bank Holiday’s.

Station and Streamline Taxi Company both have 8 cars in their fleet that have wheelchair access (but please note that they are not always available).
